This is my captain of jagers for my Ferdinand. He is more scratch than conversion, but why split hairs....... I am not a big fan of Photo etched parts or even Millput, that being said I used Millput on the belt, since no PE parts are available, not that I would have used them....LOL.... I created parts, like the belt buckle which isn't yet complete, and shoulder boards.....

If you could post better photos (they are too shining), it will helps you more. For what I can see, you've done a good job, but I can't distinguish very well the colours.
