Time for a new build! I bought this kit a few years ago and been randomly collecting am stuff to it. When I bought an alpine miniatures wss panzer crew man who's wearing a kriegsmarine leather uniform I got enough inspiration to actually start building this kit. Few wss panzer divisions used kriegsmarine uniforms in normandy and also they had few early panther G:s there too. I'm planning to do a little base with the figure.  It's been a while since my last base and figure painting so hopefully everything goes well. Workbench cleaned and everything ready.  Lower hull   Upper hull in progress   Hope you like it |

I had a great time with that kit a few years ago.Your extras will make a nice kit better.Nice progress so far.

Hi Kaktus ... I built that kit last year... Great kit with no big problems ... You do get the decals for the 12SS in the box so your figure would be perfect.. Have fun and I'll be watching ..

Hi again! I've been quite busy for last days and that's why my modelling projects haven't been proceeded much. in the beginning of this week I got my delivery from modelshop. Now I have everything for the panther. Those eureka towing cables look much better than the original kit cables. Also some shells for the details.. richardcraig: That's the exact vehicle what I'm building  Also completed one tool rack.  |

The Eureka cables are nice!! Have some in the stash myself!! Nice bit of work on the tools!! Gonna look really good under a coat of paint later!! |
