EDIT
I dedicate this vignette to my grand uncle who was a very talented craftsman and inspired me in modeling since I was young. He passed away too soon on 15th of January - by chance thats my birthday. Rest In Peace, Gerd!
.... Hi all... The Imperial Knight is almost finished and its time for the next fantasy project. I hope it fits here - although its supposed to be for wargaming, Im not playing with my figures. What a beauty she is - but Neferata is a riot girl as well. Dont you come too close! *sniff* Whats that? Burnt Flesh? ME? OH NO... Whoever painted that figure - I instantly fell off my chair when I saw this picture. WOW!!!!!! Stunning and VERY motivating. Or frustrating? Lets see... Starting soon... Cheerio

Which small creatures do you mean, Ray? These shown below? And whats "You and your stuff!" supposed to mean?! LOL Questions, questions.... IF YOU ARE A VERY SENSITIVE PERSON, STOP READING RIGHT[X] HERELets start something stupid. Some months ago, a friend sponsored some very interesting figures, that fit here very well as an extra eyecatcher imho. Due to the fact that the forum can be read by almost everyone, I blacked the sensitive spots out. In natura they can be seen only in my showcase at home or on an expo.

Hi there... lets continue with the small house dragon project. GW made a small mistake in the instructions. Pt. No. 81 is missing there, but its on the sprue. This is the back part of her crown. The other two parts got wrong nombers. Nothing too serious, but you wonder where this part is most probably. A Dark Elf figure (now: Vampire Goddess) for the birthday kid: the hair of the other figure had been resculpted: Neferata makes her self a home on the bench: And now some real luxury for the bench: Schmincke flip flop color. It turns from gold to some kind of magenta metallic. I have to make some experiences first with this color (brushing vs. airbrushing, dark primer vs. light primer etc.). 12 € for 28 ml is pretty expensive, so I have to be sure how it works! See ya.

The whole skeletton and mummy stuff looks really good. This is all inclueded in the kit?? I for myself have always a bit trouble with sculpted elements like fire. It always not really "gripable" and I like to do things that exists in three dimensions more. Anyway, this kit here looks really demanding!

Those are some ghosts from a several kit (called "Spirit Hosts"). There are three of them, but Ill use two only because of little space. The base got some bird sand/white glue mixture on which is drying now. Then the fun part will follow: airbrushing the base!

The coming out skelettons look cool, just the way they should. They were inclueded in the kit? And heck, I remember the Samurai Dio from anywhere else, some German Forum, way back some years. But my brain, my brain... I cannot recall where...

Modellboard, most probably. The skeletons are not included in the Neferata kit, they come seperately with the kit named "spirit hosts".

Hi Lucas,
As one of our colleagues just said, I grab too a chair and sit confortably to see what's next. Because what you're doing there is an eye catching scene. And makes me looking sad to a small vignette LoR Wargames still sitting abandoned in my window display. Keep it on, my friend! Nicolae
