Oh well, it's going to be sunny and in the low 80s here today...You are lucky you're kick a$$ modeler or some of us Northeasterners may take offense at you rubbin' it in like that. since it's just 19 here now.

Oh and nice work Marc taking advantage of your snow day! Fokker's looking good.

Yes, we got off very easy last summer. Have a feeling this summer we're going to pay for that.
And yes - the Fokker is looking excellent. If there weren't some shots with other objects to provide scale, I'd guess it was really 1/32!

ARRRHGH! Triple digit heat! Let's face it... 75 low humidity and a light breeze is the best and will take that all day every day. The hell with the "seasons" But if I had to choose between 10 and 110... I'll take the 10. I can dress warm And thanks for the comments fellas.

Beautiful finish. I don't think you ever went into any detail on how you handled the bare metal on the cowl? I'd love a quick recap for when I tackle my Wingnut E.IV...

Very nice work all around on this little guy Marc. Impressive! The rigging and the incredibly small diameters on those turnbuckles came out just right...but would've probably driven me over the edge in the process. Love the look on that cowl as well, has the perfect look to it IMHO.

Thank you all for the comments. Always means a lot coming form a group such as this.
Andy, you know the giant penny I have for the peanut Butter Panzers? That's a 1 qt jar of paint
Doogs, after trying several different methods of my own thinking, and looked like crap, I ended up doing what WNW recommends in the Hints & Tips section. Tamiya flat Aluminum and chrome silver. Only difference was I used Testors enamel.

Absolutely stunning, Wing. These WWI aircraft are intimidating, but someday I will tackle one. Hopefully, it will look half as nice as yours.
