Here are some more examples: This is a Base I have done just for fun, to combine maschine parts with underground structures and foliage. I will add many more foliage, farns etc. and do some more weathering on the maschineparts. This Base I have done for the RESIDENT EVIL TYRANT figure shown anywhere else here. I have to add some more maschine parts and some general details on the sides. Would be funny to paint this stuff! Frank

Some more fascinating base work Frank!! They would be a real treat to paint up!! That little one could work for just about any miniature I would suppose...love that root action going on there at the bottom!! Top shelf stuff!!

Thanks gents!
Todd, for the smaller Base I will do some more plant work and add more weathering on the machine parts. Maybe I sculpt an extra figure only for this base, as you said, anything goes!

Frank!! You have been a busy boy lately hehehe I like these bases alot!! People tend to stick "inside" the box when it comes to making bases and not allowing anything to protrude outwards. But why not be different? I think if you are working sci-fi/ fantasy themes these are the type of bases that people should go for!! These will compliment your figures tremendously mate!! Shay

Shay, exactly mate! When I go wild with my figures, why not with the Bases? I have a major base project in the plans, based on the painting THE CHURCH and this will be weird. But first, there is some other stuff to finish and to do, so bigger projects are staying in the pipeline for now. And why not putting as much work in the bases as in the figures (see your Pooh base, I love this small scene. It gives me a real good feeling and makes me want to do something like that. But what are my ideas for new stuff? A Donald figure called CTHULHU DUCK. Gargl!) Deano: thanks a lot, Sir. If you love it, stay tuned. There is more to follow! Lucas: Yep, this is the stuff we love (wait for the Nazi Zombies I will show later!)

Yeah, this movie RULES! Got it on Blue Ray the day it was out and looked at the same day with my wife. Helluva movie with great designs and tons of new ideas. My fav were the Propellerman and this Mosquito Manthing. There was a special BR edition with a figure of Mosquito, but it looked too cheap and not crisp enough to pay for. Why didn´t they ask people who can sculpt, harhar!
