How to make a 180 Degree flat in a piece of sheet PE metal? I thinking should be hot blower at PE part middle with old double metal flat or metal roller pressure down with PE part make a 180 degree flat but I haven't trying with it yet so I'm afraid and don't want damage with PE part.

Hi Jeremy,
You can try two things. First is to turn the piece over and take a smooth round object (glass, dowel or something to that effect)and roll it back and forth a few times. It will work the metal back to flat. If the piece is being stubborn, you will have to anneal the metal. Heat the metal with a candle, lighter or even pop it on a hot burner for a few seconds. This will soften the metal and if you roll something back and forth against that curve, it should roll back to shape.
When you use a candle or lighter, the metal with blacken a bit with soot, but this should wipe right off.
