hello fellas... i have a 1/35 scale AH-1w Supercobra in my stash... the decals with the cobra are terrific and i really like the theme, but it has been shown already so much... now i want to show a supercobra of 3rd marine air wing / MAG 39 / HMLAT 303 Atlas does anyone know if these decals are available somewhere or if not, where i could get some better reference, probably some sticker of the grrek head. so i could trace it and paint it with the airbrush... please help... thanks oli  |

Those are very cool! Unfortunately the 35th Cobra hasn't been well supported in terms of aftermarket decals. Twobobs "whiskeys in the mix" may be the only sheet out there (and even that is OOP).
May want to check Cobra Company or Werners Wings - they both specialize in helos.

yap twobobs, cobra and werner i already checked, but unfortunately not what i want... i only have some parts from werner wings in my mind for the cobra... these AH-1W Turned Exhausts and probably cobras nts upgrade...
the main problem is these greek warrior head in my opinion. the rest of the decals i can do with other kits... some good reference will do the job i think... masking and painting will be my way i think...

Do you have any way to make your own decals? So long as you can find that greek helmet symbol somewhere, shouldn't be too hard to scrounge up the rest of the common markings.

no i do not own a printer... :-) probably i have to buy me one finally... decals are not the only thing you could use it in model building... even if i try to print some stencils and paint the helmet... :-)
