I subscribe to a book service called Scribd and it costs me $8.99 a month. I get digital books and audiobooks included in the price. The really nice thing is all of the reference material that is included.
The search function is a little hard to find until you sign up so I just did one and posted the link. I just searched for "panzer" and here are the results.

The downside is of course, once you cancel the service, you lose the books.
I use it for books and audiobooks too so I will be keeping it for awhile.
