Hey guys, Currently i am working on my T-34 and i have some figures to go with it. These are Tank (or Tahk in Russian) model figures set T-35105 ''Soviet tanker & German infantrymen 1941/43" and set 35106 ''Escaping Soviet tankcrew 1941/43" I can do both sets in one thread, but to keep things more clear, i decided to do them independently. With only painting two figures, i have little experience. A lot of figure brands are in my collection and this is my thirth ''encounter'' making and painting this fabulous branche inside the hobby. On to the figures... T-35105 ''Soviet tanker & German infantrymen 1941/43" This set contains two figures. A Soviet tanker snatching a MP-40 from a German infantrymen. Package came in a small cartboard box, with figures in ziplock bags. Casting of this figures is exelent. Really. Because everything is so good on to scale, the magazines of the MP-40 have been broken. Resin is a very brittle and hard type of plastic, so this accidents happen sometimes. Luckily are these magazines easy to reproduce from some evergreen plasic strips. The helmet of the german soldier has to be removed from his casing block with much care. This piece of the helmet is extermely thin, and would break of the block very quickly. This is also the case with the canteen and MP-40. I leave these attached to the resin block, till i need it. The tankers helmet is a true masterpiece. This is also a very thin casted and is perfectly on to scale. Also here, care must be taken. The faces have expression, i have never seen before. this is also very well done. Photo's will follow soon
Regards,
Remco

I guess I have to put some of the tank kits on my list, too! I have to buy more paper for longer lists, I think!
