Hi Chris
there must be more than one episode of Corrie's worth of work in adding all those extra pieces! Looking good though.

Cheers Spud,
JonP, I have three young daughters Corrie would be a dream come true, more like Disney channel and Nickelodeon!.
Dickey, thanks for the steer. I have a bottle of Mr Surfacer 500 I was going to have a go with, how do you think this would work out. I have give it several coats of 'thin' ZAP CA, and it seems to be bonding it well and filling the voids well as a starting opoint.

Ahh Dickey, get ya.
I have loads of the sections left over and was just going to cut them down a little and fill the larger gaps. That was the plan for tonight, but the onset of man-flu has just put me right off!.

Just a little test, had some thick masking film. it is low tack, but it still stuck well to the framing, and sprayed a little black primer to see how it looks. Not bad. will fill the gaps over the weekend and try bonding it with PVA as well. Chris.
