Hi All, Well I have had this in the stash for a while and though it best to give it a go before the barge gets going !. This the Anigrand Craftworks resin 1/72 RAF Sentinel R1 (ASTOR - Airborne Stand-Off Radar). There is only about 30 parts to the kit, but the fuselage comes in 4 half's so there had been a lot of filling and sanding so far (and some more to go) to get it all nice a smooth. oh, and this little baby to follow ! All the best, and as usual all comments / criticism are most welcome. Chris.

These are going to be very cool builds...but man, a four piece fuselage? Ouch! Hey Dupes, good to hear from you. Yea a 4 pieces all lined up reasonably well, but I reckon about a 1/4 mm on the vertical and horizontal axis. Easy enough to sort out, just need patience ! Once the winds and nose cone are sorted its really just the cockpit. Nice and easy build !

Two great looking kits Chris! I'll be following along. Cheers Leon, both lovely kits, its deceptive but the Sentinel is 420mm long. In real life it must be a monster.

Both these kits look great Chris, and you have done a great job on that four piece fuselage! They will definitely make for something different on the shelf! Cheers, Sam

Cheers Sam and Will, I reckon I will get it finished this weekend. Still plenty of sanding to do and I prefer to do it outside as the kit is resin.
Thanks for stopping by.
Chris.
