thanks guys. as soon as i posted these i noticed that the right sprocket was crooked. I have since fixed that. the kit goes together really well, just dont expect to have wheels that turn. it is very difficult to get all those tiny axles lined up and get the side plates in place at the same time.

Looking good mate! It's great to see a decent kit of this available now, so many good ones are out now.
Cheers JT

the Takom kit OOB. the fit seems to be better than the other MK IV kits. I deviated from the instructions and put the major components together first. of course I have just noticed all the flaws in my build. OOoo, haven't been on the site in a while. I will be watching this one for sure! Not a Armor guy, but when I saw this kit coming out I pre-ordered it. It's just too cool looking!

Looking good! I envy your 'on a roll' status - the longer we live in this house (or cardboard box, as we like to call it) the more bodgery and corner-cutting comes to light...

Good work - a beautiful result! There is something special - tanks at this time (WW I)... I like the silhouette and hundreds (thousands?) of rivets !

Looking good BTW. Since I have this kit, how you tackling the exhaust pipe? Heard some put it on first then paint it afterwards, which seems like a hassle to me......but then again I am not a armor guy.

Heard some put it on first then paint it afterwards, which seems like a hassle to me......but then again I am not a armor guy. I plan on cutting the exhaust pipe where it goes through the little tunnel on top of the hull. then paint/weather it.
