This is a blog (pics all taken on my mobile phone) of a completed vehicle that I built as part of a Farcebook group build. Its an Airfix 1/76 late Tiger I plus a fair bit of scratch added. To start I added Zimmerite using a specially modified soldering iron and tip, also added the lifting eyes, vent covers and mud guards, also cut away and damaged the track guards Added cupola ring, scratch built the turret bin, loaders hatch, exhaust smoke dissipater, periscope guards and spare track links Scratch made pioneer tools, cleaning rods, tow rope hangers and finished the turret spare track links Scratch built the rear mud guards, shackle hook, starting handle plate and jack brackets (both not seen in this pic) and modified the wheel hubs. Added the tracks, with sag ( found them to be about 1/8th" short so joined at the bottom to slightly less visable), shell hit holes and base coats on Small, basic, display base made up and finished Hope you like it ATB Sean
