Not sure on the wreck end, but certanly weathered to hell!! Just some good ole fun slapping around the AK supplies!! Hiya Tony!!! Happy to see you hang out for a bit!!

maybe we should start a thread where people can suggest/recommend which old kits they think are still worth building. Despite the glut of Dragon PIII kits i would still rather build the tamiya PIIIL. A brilliant kit and one that can be easily turned into a stunning build.

That sounded like a great idea for the thread.....and you have done so. I need to head over there at some point and pop this on up there....great oldie!! Time for an update on...ummmm....oh yeah this one!! ;D Chassis all together: Interior section...all together: Box together: A group shot!! And a quick mock up to this beast.... With that, I got downstairs for a bit and slapped some paint around!! Well, Primer anyway: With any luck, I will be heading down there soon and start some base painting. As always, thanks for tuning in!!!

Mark - Thank you Sir!! LOL...squashed...yeah, a little bit!! ;D Pete - LOL...seems to be really contagious!! ER - With this little one, you should have more than enough time!! Wouts - Thanks and yeah pretty snappy build, could almost use a blindfold and get her done!! Steve - Thank you!! Paint? Check out below!! Dicky - Thanks!!! I loved this wheel feature!! Made the wheels much easier so far. Bill - Thank you!! These ones are the best as far as I am concerned..build em quick and the play!! ;D OK, this will be my update for now.....I am going to cut to the chase here!! ;D All paint so far...weathering next!! I had to makeshift a Modulation set as mine...errr, the Boss's (LOL) Dunkelgelb from AK was returned to him Guess what is going on the Christmas list tonight!!! Several K4 paints in the desert sand range, Tamiya Desert Sand, Khaki and Deck tan...blah blah blah........... I am on the fence...I was going with some British Desert Splinter Camo, but I seem to be liking this as is for the moment. Up next I will be hitting a couple of small additions and I have some brand new washes (which are for a review) and this would be a perfect test bed for them!! So some light chipping and washes and all around weathering goodness!! Thanks you for stopping by and taking a peek!!

Jeez, you are way too fast for me!!! But I am enjoying this! Nice paint job! Splinter camo sounds nice but it will be harder to see your weathering job. Either way works for me...

Hey ER - Thanks! As for the camo (if it were to be) could be tan (yellow) Khaki and a green or Tan, khaki and one or two different blues. I am sure the Brits might have mixed a few other variations in there as well!! LOL...still on the fence!! ;D Thank you very much Gary!! Couldn't resist getting down stairs before supper tonight!! Thanks a bunch Joe!! I appreciate it!!
