Thank you Armorguy So to torture you all I'll bring this one back from the dead. Decided to do them individually after all of that; I seem to be challenged in combining two vehicles in one diorama. Anyway, the Hetzer's done 002 by Mark Hartig, on Flickr 008 by Mark Hartig, on Flickr 009 by Mark Hartig, on Flickr Soon I'll get back after the SU-100 Regards, Mark

Looking great. Built a similarly marked hetzer about 25 yrs ago and would love to take a crack at it again as an adult.
If you don't mind me asking what kind of grass mat is that?

Thanks AFV Fan
Thanks also Jeff that is a Silfor mat, spring meadow with weeds. Expensive and somewhat difficult to work with but you get a pretty big mat for the money

Thanks Andy
Well, let's see...1/16" plywood, some poplar and the last of my unidentified tropical hardwood dadoed to make the pan. Silfor late spring meadow with weeds grass mat, and the stone wall I cast with molds from HistArts. I did not bother with groundwork as the grass mat's thick enough you can't see thru it

Great finish on the Hetzer Mark! I love that low profile look sitting behind the wall.
