Dierk, The chaos got so bad that I went in took out the wall and opened it up. It was straighten up untill I started working and my son moved back. "AGAIN"

No screen time, These are/were being made for a company that produces studio scale for the rich and foolish. All based upon drawings,measurements and a crap load of Photos direct from Disney(Lucasfilms)That should be destroyed/deleted when finished,(Yea Right)
I do the base then they are shipped to China for the final details then cast in foam. I think they will be releasing them to the public this year from what I heard.

They started off wanting me to machine them out of one piece of material, Until they got the price. So they finally agreed on letting me build them how I saw fit. So there is a big mishmash of material used. MDF,High Density Urethane(HDU),PVC, plywood and Aluminum Composite.
Most of the parts were just cut on the table saw, sealed/blocked sanded,laser etched the panel lines then assembled.
960 sqft of blissful disaster

Star Wars and John Dykstra was the biggest reason/influences for me as a kid and the reason I pursued Model Making/Art as a career. After a short attempt at college to become an engineer, learned that I can't learn from books I have to learn by doing it. (ADHD thing)

Wow. This is EXCELLENT! I would totally buy this. I wonder what SS works out to in this case? I'm guessing 1/24 to match the X-Wings?

I think, you should do this in a scale combining to the available kits and offer it as a "puzzle kit". This is really mindblowing. And my mind blows when I see your working space. I am sooooo jealous!!
