Made a start on the Type 90! Susension,sprockets and roadwheels are done.I may or may not be using the kit roadwheels as i'm waiting to hear on some replacement wheels.

Cool! I didn't even know that anyone MADE a replacement barrel for this kit. The usual Tamiya quality on this one...had fun with it.

Dupes,Todd thinks it's the same 120mm barrel as used on the Abrams! I'll know when I get it. Dierk,i'm happy to say I do have the paints for this build! |

Carl,this is a good kit! I also have a Tamiya Panther on the bench.Both have good fitting parts and very little clean up. |

Evening guys! Last night i got the side skirts,rear plate and what little bits glued on the upper hull.Everything is just dry fit and looking good.On to the turret now. Gawd i hate PB!!!!  |

Don't know how effective it would be as actual camouflage - but it ticks all my weird and wonderful boxes, so I'd say 'go for it!'
