Freaking awesome that the replacement parts have arrived! I am glad you added the figures... it really makes us get better idea how big the submarine was! Great build... glad I get to catch up after few weeks absence!

Fantastic job on the submarine.
I've just started on the U 2540 with interior as both my first plastic model and an exercise while having breaks from the bridge diorama. Learnt from your posts. Thank you for sharing this thread.

Sorry I'm "late to the party". didn't see your W.I.P. until Neo phyte posted.
I built that kit Wayyyy back in the day,... but I put REAL Rocket's in the launch tube's ( what else is a Twelve year old supposed to do with a Brick of Black-Cat's ) and well.... let's just say the "After" photo's didn't look anything like your's do ! Nice Job !
I haven't thought about my sub in "Decade's"... now i'm going to HAVE to find another one. You have "Inspired" me !
Dont know if I should "Thank You" ... Or curse you. L O L
