Soooo I did a bt of rust chipping, paint fading and will give her some pin washes today. Need to charge some batteries so I can take some piccies to post up. If I have time I will aslo give the T-62 and JP a wash as well.

Thanks jackwagon. Just did some enamel weathering to both, and now they have to dry a bit before more is done, including streaks.

Thank you kindly fellas. I didn't get the bench time yesterday I thought I would have, but did do some chipping on the JP. Will do a bit of dry brushing on the JP today. Yep dry brushing, old school but still works for some things.

Thanks Boo. Got to spend a couple of hours at the bench, after cleaning the room out so I could get in there. Worked on three models. Besides the chipping on the JP I aso added some weathering to the M26 lower hull and some chipping and minimal weathering layers to the Shermie. And a wash to the T-62 wheels. I figure if I had another hand I could work on at least two other models.. ;D ;D

Just to show that I actually did some work at the bench, some pics. Very slow progress right now, but they are getting there. Lower hull will get worked on next, then I'll start the burnt areas. M26 lower hull. Added an AK DAK wash, then light weathering with K rain marks. Next will be some streaking etc with acrylics. I'll be switching from enamels to acrylics, then enamels again. This is so the layers of enamels don't interact with each other. Will try to get more done this morning if I can, then post some pics tomorrow, have to go some where today.

LOL The best way eh T.
Did some work on the Shernie today. Mainly added some paint both desert color and faded green to the lower hull. just now added a wash and effects. Will let this all dry before I continue on that area. I also painted the bogies and wheels, applied a wash and this too has to dry.
Will add some effects or streaking to the T-62 lower hull and smoke/soot to the JP.

Hi Steve and thanks. Well I found my way to the work bench and after a bit of clearing and making room, I did some work. Man does it feel great to play with paints again. The queens are lined up and ready fr their turns at the bench, meanwhile a collection of wheels waiting to be mounted, which some now are. First to hit the bench was the Sherman. Applied some AK DAK effects and then Afrika pigs. Wheels have been glued on as well now the the lower hull is basically done. The JP got another light misted coat of soot. Applied some more streaking to the lower hull of the M26 and dry fitted the wheels. return wheels need to be done and then glued on. I have 5 or 6 models that are at the same stages of painting and weathering and by working on several at once gives me time to work on each while letting paints, oils and effects dry before continuing with more layers. I don't get much bench time so I do as much as I can when I can. Back to the bench for more. This time the Panther and T-62.
