Looking good Luigi! I like the base color, can't go wrong with Flat Brown ever!! My one question is the shinny...is it still wet in the pics? It's OK if it is! I will have an update soon on the motor here. I will be showing the placement of dirt using pigments into the nooks and crannies. Hang in there!! EDIT:Just updated the main thread Luigi. A little motor work.....

T, I just caught your tutorial- Wow - gobsmacked mate!!! Just saved the link to my favourites, I gotta study this closely... The complexity and depth of the paint and rust finishes is just magic!! I thought you said this was 'basic'.. ;D A big thanks for taking the time to post this, it is both instructional and inspirational!!

What kind of tissue is everyone talking about and where to get it? Btw, what is so special about this tissue and why won't just ordinary tissue work?

Hello Charles!! Tissue? Are you referring to the tissue from JT's Tissue tarps? This would be common household tissues...Kleenex or other brand. Great for tarps and covering plastic that would be cloth covered in the real world, like seats and headliners. I, as others, have been know to use the almighty empty tea bag as well. A different texture and a bit stiffer. Hope this helps! Hello Richard!! Thanks you for those kind words my friend. Alternating products is easy and I am fortunate to be able to. Certainly for the "basics" I was trying to convey the message that there are a lot of items to use and that the possibilities are endless, especially when you combine them!! I did not forget about you....there is a GAZ out there with your name on it!!

LOL...you are correct Ken, thanks for the heads up! I use tea bags mostly, so, that would make sence as the standard Kleenex is thin and would break down easy if you got them wet.

LOL, Ken I hear ya!! BTW...I did use a Kleenex and got similar results....thought I was going nuts.... Tea Bag results... The washers were washers from a 1/35 flak 38 PE set. The ruffled edge was the natural knit line in the tea bag. So, it is possible to use the tissue, just some care in handling when they are wet. A little water mixed with PVA Glue and mold and set in the shape you want. The tabs on the duffel were small tabs of masking tape.
