OMGoodness , this is a mighty fine build! The engine alone is a work of art… the overall kit work is just killer! I’ve never done anything that cool with a civie car, so I’m watching with great interest!

Ok gang! Progress, Finally got the engine and framework to play nice...Talk about ill fitting componentry. Of course my modifiying things didn't help any but...Engine/front and rear suspension and the interior are done and permanently in place. Still have a few minor engine compartment details to attend to but its getting there! Next up will be fitting the front clip so its nice and tight and lined up well. Then its on to the wheels/tires and holy smokes its almost done!!! Enjoy the pics and thanks for looking/commenting...   |

Interesting (and superb)! I have a couple Monogram E-Types, an XK-120, and a Matchbox SS-100 (1/32). I used to have the Lindberg D-Type but somebody offered me too much money for it I guess because it is not in my database. Odd that I haven't built them yet as I owned a 65 E-Type roadster for 20 years.
