Fuel tank now painted and weathered, also the winch was painted the same colour as the engine and weathered accordingly just as a bit of interest to break up the bulk red colour on the chassis.....once again the AB was used     Cheers all. Holy @#$&! I haven’t looked at this in a while, talk about a master class in how to build, paint, and weather a model. Simply stunning work boots! Boots God Mode [ON] OFF |

Ok.....onto the cab for a wee while, I decided to keep the interior it`s probable original colour of military green, i doubt when this went into civvy service they would have bothered painting the interior to match the exterior....also just adds another splash of colour. The seats are just a token colour as once the roof goes on it`s quite dark inside so this will suffice      More soon. |

Ya know.......it may be just me but I never realized just how large this cab was. That is A LOT of seating along the back wall of that thing. Lookin' good so far Boots'.

That has often struck me how large the British WW II truck cabs were. I built a 5 ton Diamond T and it looks tiny in comparison to the Bedford cab, both in 1/48 scale.

Joe.....LMAO Joe......most kind of you to say so fella John....yeah i did a conversion on a Studebaker and as you say they are much smaller, the Scammell tank transporter cab is even larger to accomadate the extra crew |
