I will probably grab that MiniArt kit when it comes out. Thanks for sharing the link!
Definitely a battle damage and you will be OK! Everything still looks great.

Oh wow, that Eduard Wildcat looks fabulous!
The decal problem should be fine, as it is near the kick panel for the step. I have not heard of Eduard's removable carrier film until now. I will need to investigate further.

So here is the finished thing Pretty straight forward with no nasty surprises this 3D printed detail set is a worthwhile improvement on the old poured resin version. Painty are the brilliant MRP sprayable (they dont brush) range Here are a couple of pictures and i will post more in the ready for inspection thread soon once i have done a bit of research amd work on a base for this Thanks for following this , my first build here and for all the encouragement and thumbs up :)vo Best PAddy

Having never seen you build an aircraft before I can most certainly say that I am truly impressed by the level of detail and realism that you put into this build paddy. I mean.....everywhere you look there is an abundance of detail and perfection. I should have known by watching your past automotive subjects how this one was going to turn out but it has been one great adventure to follow along with this one as well. Well done Paddy. Looking forward to those ready for inspection pics when you get that base all sorted out.

This is one of the best builds I have seen, just an extraordinary result of all the effort applied...and it shows beautifully.

Paddy, That is an absolutely remarkable model of a Wildcat. You done some really amazing detailing and equally superb paint and weathering. I am mostly impressed with the weathering effect you achieved overall. I consider that to be rather realistic looking. Well done indeed my friend.
