Paul, the rear details with those perfectly aligned rivets and of course that gas cap are just perfect. As for the front end lights, I had to do a double take to see that alignment screws for each light. Next thing you'll tell me is that they actually work.

Man this is so nice. I keep going back and forth on which I like better, your 908 or the Daytona. The scary things is the Daytona is still available online... Really great stuff Paul.

Really great stuff Paul. Thanks James. Yeah, the 908 is one I like also. I am trying to make this one better. You had me fooled for a second though. I went to MFH website and the Coupe shows out of stock.

This is amazing!! Another incredible update Paul. Thank you Kyle She’s coming together so well, hope you get her done in time for Pomona!! It for sure will do well 😉 Thanks Chris. But I hit a mojo slump and it will be there as a work in progress. An amazing build of an amazing kit Paul, a museum piece in the making .... Thank you Tim. The start of the steering wheel. For the side windows, I positioned them with two pins while the glue dried. Then I pulled the pins and installed the rivets. Then it was time to join the body and chassis. This step took me longer than expected. On the first try, I managed to knock the dashboard loose while I was joining the two. I also found out that MFH had told me to glue in two pieces that where now in the way of joining the body and chassis. The resulting mess made me take a step away from the build for a week or so. After getting everything cleaned up, I managed to join the two without any more drama. 2186

So glad to have found this thread, and that you are posting it here, Paul. Really looking forward to learning more about the MFH kits and especially to see what that non-formula 1 kits are all about. Looking great so far!
EDIT: Do I feel dumb or what? Not only did I miss pgs 2,3, & 4, I misread the O.P. as Sept 2024. Duh. I had this car as a slot car, have always been very fond of the car and especially the color.
So I have some catching up to do on this thread for sure.

So I have some catching up to do on this thread for sure. Thanks Greg. Good to have you onboard for this WIP. I started this build just after I received my kit from MFH on July 25, 2023. Then I discovered this forum and got sidetracked. Now I just need to stay on this through completion without getting side tracked again. Like I've said before, I'll share any knowledge about these kits to whoever asks. They've become my addiction.

Paul, Great to see you back at the bench and moving forward on the Daytona Coupe. it was somewhat surprising to see that MFH actually made a install mistake. Took you a few days re-coupe the body/chassis joining was done and in the books.
Great job as usual on those windows.
