Good lord! It looks so huge and now I want one too. I don't think my wife will approve this one. I'd love to see your hand on top of it next time so I can show my wife this!

These comparison shots vs "regular size" armor kits make me laugh out loud.

This is a fantastic build Tony! I have one of these in the stash but haven't carved out a chunk of time to do it yet. I'll be watching this - yours is coming along excellent.

Been working on the air cleaners, the exhausts and hoses, and stuff going on the rear plate, also added some small bits along the way.I also jumped and did the main gun,the front most barrel is metal, while the two bigger pieces closer to the mantles had to be assembled and the big seams cleaned up,yes that is a 1/35 Tunisian Tiger, the comparison shots just continue to amaze me.

I was like, "oh shoot, he's almost done!".
Then I saw the gun barrel next to the 1/35 Tiger. Hahahaha

Really good looking progress. The texturing on the exhaust is a nice touch and looks good.

The rattle cans are a good choice here! Probably need 2 or 3 bottles otherwise!

Your progress looks great! I really like the detail on this like on the open hatch covers. Understandable to take a step back and take a fresh look at it later. I'll be standing by for this one to make it's "big" return.

You have a beautiful build going here Tony. I totally understand the need to take a break and do something else.

This is the exact reason I set the GB up to run for so long, you can take a break, recharge the mojo batteries, find the insperation, and NOT goof something up on such an expensive subject. We'll be waiting for your return, meanwhile watching what else you will grace us with.

Here's where I'm at right now,my next step will be the whitewash and the hairspray chipping .I am going to put this aside for now,I've been on it for two months and need a break and to work on something else, but thanks for following. Oh that rarely goes well for me!

Oh that rarely goes well for me! Yeah I don't normally do that,I only did it with the Hasegawa Akagi,no problems with this just need a change of pace.

Lovely work mate. Fully understand why you're putting it aside for a while, but I'm sure we'll all be watching for the next instalment.

So I got back to work on the Big Kitty.I added all the small details that I could before white wash and weathering. I also got started on the road wheels starting from the inside ones out. The copper wires were nice to work with, but they didn't hold primer and paint well,so they would need touching up. Thanks for following along.
