Okay... kinda caving in to AM goodies - all these great ideas with all the 190 builds. I ordered the Quinta Studios cockpit decals and this Master Model gun barrel and pitot set - they were pretty cheap  |

I missed this update. You are moving right along with this! The cockpit looks great! I have a strong tendency of overthinking the details in the office while constructing. In reality most of it cannot be seen anyways so the Quinta sets make the process speedy

Ha! Back to the top then. Got her buttoned up and prepped the wings for the new barrels/pitot. Really like the Quinta studios stuff, but feels like cheating I hear what you're saying about the Quinta Studios decals and the cheating bit. I was done with my Ta-152 cockpit (mostly) in record time and I had to do a double take and be like, "I'm done already??!!"  . This is looking SUPER so far John. Love all the attention and love you're putting into this bird. |

LOL! I am glad I am not alone because sometimes it feels like if I am cheating but I am always looking ways to save time or I will loose mojo working on the cockpit for a long time.

This is the stage of any aircraft build that I have a love/ hate relationship with. It's good to see an aircraft model start taking on some real shape but all that detailing is just to beautiful to close up. lol Lookin' good bro. |
