the ICM 1/35 CH-54A Tarhe? I have the bug really bad. Way out of my league, but what can I do? She is a very big lady. I think just over two feet in length. Then there is the rotor span.

Oh wow! That IS a big model AND it's an ICM which means that it's totally packed with details. I will say that I've never seen one with a bomb before though and that looks like a BIG bomb!! Looking forward to seeing what you do with this one Lyle.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with this one Lyle. Easy there, Scooter. I haven't bought it yet. The wallet is only about half way out of the pocket. There are apparently several versions of the kit. I posted this picture because it was a jpeg...So, the bomb isn't guaranteed. There are several video build logs on Youtube. It is indeed a detailed kit. This would be such a stretch for me and so far out of where I feel I am at this point. ...I only need to convince SWMBO that is is a good idea. The kit and a few extras such as paint mask, Quinta cockpit, etc. brigs the price to well over $200.00, so .... But, I do have a birthday coming up.

On of those pictures IS a diorama. I see that now. Need to wipe the water out of my eyes. My allergies are so bad. Too big for me and my space, and I'm not overly interested, but doesook cool totally understand. I do like the CH-54 and could maybe, possibly actually see the parts to build this. We'll see. I haven't decided on pulling the trigger yet. Too big for me and my space, and I'm not overly interested, but doesook cool I would MAKE space. Somehow. Somewhere. Wonder if my wife is really attached to that self with all our wedding pictures on it? Bet that she'd never notice. Go ahead.

I have a fantasy plan to build this chopper and modify the ceiling fan in my shop to mount the model there and have the rotor spin.
