Thanks, dudes! Camera angles are key...I'll say that much! At a casual glance...ya, they're alright...but knowing what I know... I can't say that I had a good time with this either. I do enjoy free-handing some mottling on German planes...but not so much when there's a pattern to follow AND hard surface angle changes. I hear what you're saying about standardized camo patterns going in places where they "belong" and I don't think I'd be a fan of that either. You're makin' this one look like a million bucks so far Jeremy.

Paint pattern looks convincing to me. Good execution, too - nice and tight with no overspray.

Thanks all! If there is a set pattern to the camo on German tanks I've never figured it out and certainly didn't do any such thing on my Bandai Panther, Jeremy. I wasn't meaning pattern as in a "standard"...just the pattern on the instruction sheet, for this particular tank.

Stunning camo work on it! Sorry I have been away for few weeks but I got to read everything here. I trust that the owner is very happy cause I would have been if it was mine!!!

Very nice finish. With a few more kits, you’ll get the hang of those link & length tracks and perhaps start to appreciate if not enjoy them compared to single length band or indy link types… Tamiya makes their link & length tracks on their 1/48 stuff hard to mess up.

What an impressive build in this scale Jerermy. You really pulled off one heckuva good build with this one and I'm MORE than sure that the recipient is going to be most happy with the outcome. You might not have enjoyed building this thing but you sure as hell spurred me on in trying an armor subject.

Not bad…I would have colored the fuel tanks and most of the engine compartment in red oxide but the overall presentation of this build is Best of Build class…
