The quality of finish and display really does not indicate how small a scale this actually is. Looking at the pictures it is easy to believe that it is 1/35 or at least 1/48 but at 1/87 it really isn't huge. From an EBay ad to show scale.

Stellar work, bravo sir! That smoke really brings it to life, very well executed. This is a sensational build, everything is to love about this. Been great to follow along with! What a fun build to follow along with and then again on the turn out James. Man, you've definitely knocked this one out of the park with all of the attention to detail, base work and effects used throughout. That smoke just puts a cherry on top of an already stellar build, and I can see where you'd be happy with the outcome of this. Just beautiful work all around bud. That's brilliant!! Almost makes me wish I hadn't got rid of the one I won in a raffle at a show! Very well done indeed! I would probably have more to say if this hadnt been my first experience in this scale. It felt ok. Not to hard. You must be really happy how this turned out! It looks awesome! So the build is technically completed. But I have been looking for a nice way to photograph this thing. My Original plan was for the blue sky and hills in the previous photos but I count find anything with tracks to match. Im trying to wrap the photo around the base of the model so we will see if either of these two new themes I found work better. OPINION ALERT! The original basic green field and blue sky background let your beautiful work shine. These are all very busy and add too many colours which will overshadow your actual showpiece.

Appreciate that Tony. Ill keep trying. Nothing is decided yet.
