Great progress Boots but very sad to see you had a prof like problem with the decs.
If all else fails, could you create your own template from masking and AB on some new ones?

Sorry to hear about the problem with the masking tape and decals Boots. One thing to think about, why not get in touch with the importer/distributor and ask them if they can help. You never know until you ask. Otherwise the stencil idea should work wonders, keep at it mate!

Tiger Meet schemes are always eye-catching, hopefully you can find a back-up source before resorting to the paint repair Boots!

Robbo, Leon and Bill..............thank ya kindly fellas Well after much deliberation i decided to have a crack at fixing those decs..........after much head scratching as to how i was going to do it i came up with a plan And here is the finished repair job............it`s about 99.9% ok in my opinion. Before...... Afterwards..... I completely rebuilt them..............the black arrows were made from some left over decal sheet from another build..............the yellow was sourced from a spare dec that wasn`t going to be used in this kit, i managed to scrape together enough from a wasp!!!!! This is the remains of the wasp!!!! I carefully cut out 1mm shapes and put it together like a very small jigsaw.............thankfully there was just enough to use!!!............they have had plenty of `Sol` to bed them in and with a clear coat they will look fine.................never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, has to be one of the most tedious jobs i`ve had the pleasure of doing!!! Anyway...........back on track now and hope to get the remaining fuselage decs on a bit later Thanks fellas..............not really an update but i`m pleased to be back in the game!!

It's easily done mate, doing race bike builds, I have learnt over the years never to throw away spare decals no matter what they are from as often they can rescue a build.

Thanks Mark ...........s`funny really coz it seemed the easiest option, trying to trace out something small like that was a real challenge and masking off to try and re-spray them could have resulted in the masking tape removing even more of the existing decal.......the yellow part has a 0.5mm edge to it so if i`d masked up tight to get the right shape it may well have risked lifting it on removal, thanks for the kind words buddy and it`s the positive vibes from you guys that kept me in check with re-working it.......
