Hi-de-ho, folks! As the title says, I'm looking for a new airbrush. I have been using a Neo for Iwata TRN-1 trigger type airbrush for a while now and it has served well. However, I would like to try something new. The old Neo is getting a bit long in the tooth and I want to switch it up a bit. Here is my search criteria: An AB that I can switch the nozzle/needle size using the same AB. For example a .5 for primer coats and base colors and a .3 for detail work like camo or mottling. Press fit nozzles so there are no fine threads to worry about messing up (although I've never messed one up yet!) Gravity feed. Double Action Somewhat affordable (relative, I know.) Any suggestions and/or tips would be great!

Take a look at the GREX line. I just bought a TG3 double action, trigger style, gravity,( TOP),feed with 3 different sized color cups. They offer needle and cap sets from .02- .05. So far I love it, very comfotable if not just alittle small in my hand, very easy to clean between colors. I do not know about QD nozzles however I think GREX offers QDs for the air source. For reference I have an Iwata Eclipse HPCS and find my new one just as user friendly.

I personally prefer the Iwata HP-CS. It has a 0.35mm needle which can be used for both large and small paint jobs.
