Wow!!!! More superbly neat modelling as ever...what did yer use for the gun patches in the end mate? Are they decs or did yer make 'em yerself? Hey Dicky, i cut the patches to size out of Tamiya tape then laid them on glass and airbrushed the red on. When dry i lifted off the glass and attached to the wing and applied flat/satin clear to seal them and VOILA!!!

Hey Chris, thanks my man!!! Ill probably do my Hasegawa 109 G2 for the next Wingy, but it will be some time before its built. Got alot of builds pre scheduled and im 98% of the time a 'one at a time' modeler. Gary

Gun port covers worked out very well Gary great job, like ChrisS says if you can turn out this from that old kit it bodes very well for modern tooling

Hey ER, im ready to build that bad boy too!! Well fellas.....i made a ROOKIE mistake. I have almost all the canopy parts finished and thought - OH CRAP i better see if they fit......They dont fit. The fit is awfull and im gonna have to do some fileing and sanding....UUUGGGG!!!!! SO.....to be continued............... Gary

Take with the canopy, you may need a rubbing compound and polishing sticks for it

Hello fellas, Thanks for tha support and the info ill need to fix-er-up fellas. Im prettty disapointed as i shoulda known better. Ill sort it out later- im steppin' back from it a few days and gonna start my ASU-85. Ill revisit the canopy later.... Dicky, ya may be on to somethin' there...il have a closer look to see who tha real culprit is! ;D ER, Though id give my left nert to see that, i dont figure that will happen anytime soon.....ay Nemo??? He does have a valid point on the "NO WINGIES" policy. ;D Thanks guys! Gary
