jackwagon S&T are my favourite figure manufacturer.All their stuff is top notch.

I have done the helmet tonight. First of painted it German grey then i have drybrushed the edges in silver enamel. When dry i coated it in future floor polish then dried it with the hairdryer. A coat of harmony hairspray was then blown over it. After this was dry i gave it two coats of white. the first one was diluted and the second one was more concentrated and dabbed on.When this was dry with the hair dryer i distressed it with water and a stiff brush. Then i gave it several coats of pigments with a diluted earth colour. Finally i ran a lead pencil around the edges and it was done.

I have done a bit more to this fellow today seeing as i cant work at the moment as the site i am working on is covered in snow.

I have painted the head wrap in German grey and added shadows and highlights









I then mixed up a very diluted base colour and gave it several coats to blend the high and lowlights together for a softer look.





The strap for the helmet was next. i gave this a coat of black then some brown and buff around the edges for wear on the leather followed by some silver for the buckle.

i want to paint a figure in black n white as it looks in this picture but i think it will be harder than it looks.

Done some more to this guy today,defined the eyes some more then i added a coat of liquid clear and blended oils in for a smoother transition on the flesh hence the shiny look of the oil paint.This will dull down when dry and recieve a Saturn coat when dry.

Done some more to this figure tonight. Painted in the gloves and done the fur on the hood. this was done with various shades of white, brown and buff.Then i put in the five o clock shadow.
