I think with regards to the envelopes, more to the off-white or ivory coloring. There seem to be a number of colors in the "white range...most darker from age I am sure. lmgtfy.com/?q=WWII+German+envelopes

This one is done now.He has recieved his letter telling him that his wife has left him for someone else while he is up to his neck in shi* with the cold and the warfare. A bit bewildered and peaved he gazes into space whilst the letter falls to the ground. The name tag is being redone as i dont like the size and layout. I want dear john a lot smaller and also a border around it.
