Red Necks are like that, we talk slow, we hear slow and we move slow. ;D Sorry but i've been holding out on you until now and now that the seams are filled I can reveal another instruction error. Taking a look at step 24 you'll find an non-tabbed part(two parts). These are located on sprue "L" as 7 & 8 The reference: The Kit: Not a big deal and would no doubt go un-noticed by most but when you pays your cash you need to get your monies worth. Tony PS: I need to write this stuff down as I find it and not rely on brain power. Leberts build reminded me. I had two small hand wheels(L23 & L24) left over after building the gun on sprue "L" that were not blued out for non use and had to go somewhere. To make a long story short they install on the outside ends of Part L1 & L2 in step 24.

Me Again I just remembered another part that suddenly appears on the instructions without being referenced. It's part E-33, a small channel bar that goes on after the engine housing is attached to the lower hull. There maybe more but I never know when a brain fart will occur. Tony

LOL Tony...I knew there had to be more than just one error in a kit like this. Kudos for pointing them out for those who will come behind. I always have to write them down (or note them on the instructions) when I find them myself...otherwise they can be tricky to keep track of.

I know better Bill but I get so involved in what i'm doing I just don't think about writing it down.
I'll work on it. Tony

Base coat of Dark Yellow on most of it today: Was thinking of doing this companion piece for it next: It's Friday and the weekend comes along with it as a bonus. Tony

Yes sir this one was developed by another company trying to get the military contract for the same multi purpose transporter. The main difference with this one was they lifted the entire turret and placed it over a hole in the ground and used it as a pill box Spud.
Thanks Tony

Gang I didn't forget this one and it's something that i've been trying to figure out since I built the gun and tonight I nipped that sucker in the bud. Problem: Gun wouldn't sit level and the top of the armor shields were way above the casements top edge. Fix: Cut that collar off flush with the base on part A15 Can you dig it ;D Tony

Catching up here after a week long absence. The paint looks great!!! I'd buy you a beer if you can find a Dragon kit without an error...

Your build looks really great Tony
Fascinating vehicle-I was at a talk by Hilary Doyle where he went into the logic behind their design. Odd that they were working on new designs right up to the end when they hadn't a hopeof going into mass production.

Morning people Guys i'm thinking i'll just leave it Dark Yellow because those green stripes are iffy on the displayed example, know what I mean Vern?
The common feeling of the day was the Pz IV chassis could be put to better use by the Panzer generals and got production stopped.
Yep she's coming together alright,Thanks Tony

Very nice Tony, I think you're on the right track in terms of leaving it in DY...did any of these even see combat?
