Built the Pivot arms for the lifting rails today. Simple bends so no big deal but I didn't like the way Voyager wants you to construct the rear hull attachment point, a rod and two washers just don't hack it, not even close to the real thing. Using a combination of kit parts, Evergeen tubing and rod I came up with a easy but effective fix. Spacers are three and 1 mm, in the photo I see I forgot one of the thin PE washers but that's not a problem to add, not glued up yet. There you go, not bad for Redneck engineering. ;D Tony

All you need to complete the job is to throw in some bailing wire Tony! ;D Nice work on the fix and all the other stuff as well. Moving right along!

Round holes get my vote for the simple reason they were part of the "consolidated" available Pz III/IV parts approach used on this puppy similar to what they did on the Hornisse/Hummel when they came up with the design. That and will look different to boot! ;D

Wouter I wish we had some of that rain. We're something like 12 inches behind right now and fire danger is through the roof.
Thanks Luigi

Hey youens I finished the ammo lockers and started on the turret lifting gear today. Pile of parts for such a small mechanism Three gear disk per, I placed a smear of solder on one side and sandwiched them together with pins so the teeth lined up, applied the heat and sweat soldered them together. Ain't it cute? ;D I'll assemble the larger gear wheels tomorrow. See Ya Then Tony
