Weathering overdone? No way, it looks spot on! After looking at your improved man cave, I don't blame you for feeling this way. Love the streaks...

Nice work again mate, I think you are setting an impressive example again, and nice start on the figs. Weathering ain't overdone, I like heavy weathering on vehicles, wether it's realistic or not. Just one small point which people pointed out when I did my winter Tiger I a while ago: you used some some warmer shades for the weathering. Maybe you can add some extra weathering techs using 'colder' colors to give it that extra frosty look. On the other hand...she's great as is, so maybe something to keep in mind for a next frosty build Anywhoo, another contender for the MoM, no doubt about that! Cheers

The figs are splendid Spud! What heads are those on the figures, AM or in box?

Hey Spud, Love it! As it happens I built the older Cyber Hobby version of this at the end of last year but painted it standard German Grey. I'm very temped to take her from the cabinet when my Panzer II is complete and try a whitewash finish. I've just bought some AK chipping fluid (not the heavy stuff, the light stuff like you have) and am itching to try it out!

Thanks guys i will Pull the finger out and get this done before the end of the month.
Hinsky Grab it by the Gonads and go at it, with that chipping fluid add a tiny drop of water to it and it will spray better, Give yer subject 2 or 3 coats i used 2 let it sit for 20-30 mins and then have at it ;D

Great stuff, Spud! Weathering looks awesome (and not overdone in the least;). Your adjustments to the figures look perfect as well, mucker. Nice work.

Doing figures is probably the hardest part but you dove in and did it anyway! After few more figures you will turn out good figures as it takes a lot of practice. I wouldn't have chopped my figures to adjust the arms or legs like you did so I admire your modeling talent.
I think your figures came out good and the only part I would work on is the eyes. There is a way for you to 'cheat', instead of white and black spot, you can always leave it in flesh then apply heavily thinned oil paint burnt umber or lighter to show the outlines of eyes. I have seen people doing that and they came out good too.
Now what are you going to build next? LOL

Spud, Dude, this thing turned out freakin awesome! The Tank is Masterfully done IMO. The Building and ground work are very well done. The figures look good. I will agree, the eyes are a B*#%H to do!!! If you look at my Puma Pics with the figure, i have kinda purposely kept the eyes mostly hidden form direct camera shot. He looks a bit startled if you could see his eyes.LOL ;D Spud, I love it bro!!! Well done. Gary

Great finish on the AFV mate, great tone and contrast. I found white a real challenge to make look convincing, my builds always look like a toy when I use it. Grey one is very nice too! Figures look very good, again, great highlight and shadow Well done mate
