Wouter,
You have to try and pick up a copy of 'Military Illustrated Modeller' (AFV Edition, October Issue 18). I bought it this weekend as there is a great article on painting German Grey.
They concentrate on a Grey Tiger I and a pair of Tristar 38(t)'s. It's well worth getting if you can get it where you are as the articles on the 38(t) are very good.
Looking good buddy,
Ben :-)

Hello Wouter, Great build bro!!! Glad to see you build this kit as now i can see if i need to get it. Had the chance for a trade for that kit but i chose a Befehljager 38 instead. Looks nice so far man. Gary

ER, Wingdude, BJ, Tobias, Mister Potatoe, Nemo & Dan: thanks a lot fellas, glad you are joining Bill and Snider, glad you're here as well, I agree, there's something to the look of these panzers ey, probably the rivets I think ;D T! Well, I can only recommend the kit, it's a fun one to build! Hi Ben, thanks for the tip, I occasionally buy that mag, but didn't notice the one with the Tiger . It seems there's allready a new edition out (the one with the BF110 at the cover...) Hi Gary dude!!!! Glad you are here as well mate! That Befehlsjager 38 kit is one I want to tackle some day as well, seems like a cool one! Hi Luigi, thanks fella, and welcome I'm planning a little scene for this one btw, since I glued the idlers way too low (I didn't know that at the time!) I'm going to depict a maintenance scene with a mechanic (who adjusted the idler wheels), a tank commander and maybe a couple of soldiers passing by...probably somewhere in Russia What do ya think , suggestions are most welcome of course ^^ Cheers

Sounds like a great scene...maybe add an "old" run of track to depict it as having just undergone a change of tracks, hence the reason for the idler getting tensioned up?

Just so happens I have one of these in the lineup, nice to hear it's a well done kit. You certainly have done a fine job on yours.

Don't see 38(t) that often so I will enjoy following your build. You did great job with those magic tracks!

Thanks fellas! Bill, I like your idea very much, I'll check if I have some Magic Tracks left. Thanks for that! Finally some time today! I painted the fighting compartment bits. All ready for some weathering treatment now (the radios are glued upside down onto the cocktailstick btw ) Cheers
