8.8cm Pak-43 Waffentrager

Hello, here is my new project ( another one on full workbench ). It's Trumpeter new German 8.8cm Pak-43 Waffentrager in 1/35. Easily to assembled. Lower chassis is almost finished. I need few more things to do. In assemble instructions there are two options for work to make model with most plastic parts or to replace them with PE parts. I chose second option.

Thank you for following my work, support is always welcome Main gun is almost finished. As you can see, some parts are not glued. I will do that after painting. I still have doubt about camo, should I paint it as it is on the box art or should I try some of late war camo like green/sand.

The gun-buggy is looking mean with the 88 in place! As for camo choice, go with whatever you think is most appealing. IMHO a later-war vehicle like this would've had 3-tone camo as a matter of course but it's really up to you!

That gun is way too big for the hull but I like it!!! Germans have gone crazy... no wonder they lost the war. Looking real good!

Thank you very much Progress from last night, I chose green/sand camo. At this moment, model is glossy cause I spray it with Tamiya Clear (preparation for decals and weathering)
