Hi chaps, wow, thank you for keeping me company.
Boss, pretty good interior in these kits, certainly good enough for me!
Frank, I try to point out any issues as I go, it might help someone someday? Give an armour subject a go, if your figure work is anything to go by, it will turn out amazing!!!
Spud, hello fella, give one of these a try, Hobby Boss does 6 different ones now I believe?
John, hi mate, yes, a nice kit, lots of detail and so far, very few hitches.
'67, hi, late is good! Camo will probably be tri colour with sand applique armour panels, looks quite neat I think. I have some spare resin stowage left over from previous builds but I'm not sure. I may (may) have another plan for it...
Back soon.

Ok, another small post. Started on the remainder of the interior. Like the roof interior, there are inner panels which carry the detail which will be fixed to the hull when I'm ready. Here's the left side showing part of the driver and commander area. All panels are primed and dry fitted and then another light coat of primer to fill the few gaps that remain. I will then dismantle it all and apply the interior colours. And here's the right giving an idea of where the turret will eventually sit. Thanks for following...

making good work of this model. Some very nice interior bits that go in there. Looks roomier than I remember, then again we all had our gear with us for the ride. Keep it coming mate.

Thanks chaps.
Frank, sorry, didn't take any sprue shots I'm afraid, all I can say is this is one of the nicest 'Out of the Box' interiors you can get, especially for the very low price you can find these kits for.
Boss, it is quite cramped in there actually, I must have had my special 'make it look empty' lens fitted when I took the pics.
Laid some interior colour on various parts today, update soon.

Hi Ron, welcome to the forum!
This is kit number 82416 but I think I am right in saying that with the exception of the Recovery version, the interiors are all pretty similar.

Thanks Rob.
I've done a lot more than the picture suggests but a bit like building cars and bikes, you spend a lot of time painting then it all starts to come together quite quickly.

The one good thing about a kit with an interior is that you can build then paint, the build and paint again. I prefer to get right to the painting and weathering part.

Know what you mean Rob, for me, it's the opposite, I just love building stuff!
Thanks Jack, it's the best I can do based around advice given. It looks about right I think.

Cheers Rossco, it's going quite well at the moment. Here's a couple of iffy pics of the interior pretty much sorted, I will give it a fairly pale wash and do a little more detail painting but as so little is seen, especially the drivers area, I'm not going to go over the top. This has a fairly complex interior and I think respect is due to Hobby Boss for engineering it so well that everything fits with very little extra work. Thanks for looking.

Dunno, probably mate, was gonna leave the roof open too if I can get the the glue to go in the right places. Will try to do a wash tomorrow as I want to get the lid on which is something I'm not looking forward to.

Yus It's a slight weak spot on these kits that the upper and lower hulls are reluctant to make permanent friends with easch other. Not sure how best to tackle it really...

I think that will have to be the plan mate, I'm hoping most will be hidden by the EAAK.
