Neat paint- and cutwork mate Really like the paintwork and streaking! And reminds me when I started the hobby a couple of years ago...I ended up with two very deep cuts in both my thumbs Cheers

Again thanks for all the get wells wishes... and rips Boring AG? Nah... I got a chuckle out of it. I discovered last night that I can do the pin washes with a brush in one hand and still hold my other hand high enough it stops throbbing. Progress pics later

Great job despite having a disabled finger! I guess you really don't use your 'middle' finger as much as I do...

Just read about your finger , looks like your doing good, especially with the way the chipping and washes came out! Very nice!

Thanks guys for all the comments. Finger is almost bask to normal. didn't realize til this happened... once the construction is over, you really don't need your left hand much. Nearly everything now is just a paint brush. I finished the chips and streaking last night. When I am done with another day of seminars I will post a pic or 2 but I think I want to stop before I go too far. Ya know Carl... I still have an urge for some Vienna Sauasges for some reason

You have our seal of approval... proceed to the next stage as long as you don't hurt your precious middle finger. It needs rest sometimes so it can heal properly...

That is a BAD A$$ looking Tiger 2. One of my favorite all time tanks. I have the Dragon Porsche turret sitting at the top of my small stash. I think it will be my next build after I do the M18.
I'm going to use yours for a measuring stick.

Thanks guys. I am going to start on the road wheels and lower hull tonight. Chromedome... thanks for piling on a little pressure I bought this kit knowing in advance it didn't come with the figure sets it was meant too. Going through the stash last night in an unrelated search I found a boxed set of the exact figures that were supposed to be in the box. I had no idea that they were boxed separately any more than I knew that I had bought them. So now the plan is to put this on a base with the figs set up the same as the 1/72 version for not too long ago.

Hey Marc - Wonderful job on the weathering. It really has "presence" now. It appears as though the finger was but a minor inconvenience. Hope it's better.
