Thanks friends, I keep control better if I use Milliput, I always mess up when using tissue/wood glue. Now I'm trying to give the body a pretty damaged and rusty appearance, with a lot of holes in the mud guards. First I made the plastic thinner with my electric tool and then I started poking and cutting, sanding...to finish I dabbed on Tamiya Extra Thin. I want a very fragile look at the end. Best regards ! AG.

Dicky thanks for the info mate, this is good to know ! Gary, indeed, the kit fits just great for such an oldie. Mark, it looks ok until now, it pleases me enough to leave the scratch material aside. Later on I'll do some scratchin'. This is next, the seats could use a structure of kinda canvas cover. Milliput was applied, flattened en draped over the seat parts, cut clean and 'damaged'. I'll see if I can add more detail... Best regards ! AG. * since a week we have a new family member as one of my daughters had her 18th birthday party and got a turtle from her friends. A lot of attention went to the animal because it won't eat (we went to the vet, then to a reptile/amphibian specialist to get more info, got special food products, medecins...). It was a busy week. And I learn anothe neat trick with the Miliput which does improve the seats, very good.

I am trying to find out what type of vehicle would be appropriate for towing the 17 pound Pheasant during the war and this one looks like it.
Nice fearless job on the rusty cancer, having some Dremel experiences I know how bad things can happen making those cuts.

Teabone, yes Dremel works can be tricky sometimes but when taking the time you need it will turn out well. The nose is coming together : I like this doggy face !

Hey Rob, in fact it's not the G treatment, it's the S(cratchmod)treatment ! Luigi, holes holes holes, that's the way to go with this project ! Mark, I won't go all the way with this one, just enough to keep it fun and straightforward ! The seats are done I think. Best regards ! AG.

Hi Wout, I think the seats look very worn now, I've added rims as seen on this reference photo : I used stretched sprue to make the rims : And I went on damaging the poor thing : Best regards, AG !

Thanks fellas, the seats were checked and now they're ready for paint slapping. The floor plate was given a couple of rusty holes and damage. And later on I bashed the body with my Dremel. Next to do is scratching the doors and removing a hatch to...scratch another one. Best regards ! AG !

Thanks Bruce ! I reworked the doors here and there... I created dents in the door panels with a round scalpel knife, also the Dremel contributed to the look. The interior sides were also reworked a bit : The doors with the reference pic : I want to attach the doors in open position : Tomorrow I will also complete the doors with the grab handles. More to do...a new day of modelling is coming ! Best regards ! AG.
