Allright guys, I figure it's about time I share my space. Here's where I find peace for the occassional few minutes at a time Three beautiful kids (2 girls who like to talk:) and an amazing wife doesn't leave me alot of "me" time. It's neither as tidy nor as organized as I would like but It's a good little cave. I'm slowly getting things put together the way I like:) I do most of my painting on the left and take my pics under the flourescent with the help of more direct lights. I'm looking to set up a permanent photobooth on the right with some super lights:) Let me know what you think. Cheers

That's a neat setup Boo, particularly the airbrush holders, very nice!
Nate's "cave" has that nice dark/cozy feel to it as well!

Haha spud! Yeah, the cutting mat was an old one of my wife's. It was stored not flat and was thus very wavy. So, being the cheap bast#$d I am, I salvaged the flat bit;) Glad you like it:)

Why doesn't it surprise me that you've already got a CAD layout of the space on hand for reference? Looks like it ought to serve nicely Dicky!

Boo, super. would meake me go out and buy a new shed, ive enough kits and bits and pieces stashed around the house that need somewhere to call home. Unfortunately no dedicated area to call a modelling man cave to report on, but though I'd share this one. Before returning to modelling, I was into Airsoft (for those who dont know, its a bit like paint balling with no paint). Built myself a bit of a safe room for my kit. click on the picture to run the video. Chris.

Holy crap Chris!!!! That's awesome;) its like the back room of that surplus store in "Commando" that Arnold raids. Ive been into airsoft since I was 13 as well! I got a AK47S and a Sig552 seal, both Tokyo Marui:) Man you got the stuff!
Dicky: that's gonna be one ideal space;). I'llnenjoy watching updates on its progress:) Love the CAD drawing and the layout looks perfect. Cheers!

sweet little set up geebee. You don't need a lot of space to build and paint. I used to build on top of a wash machine, and had to shelves for storage. Worked fine for me, and won plevty of gongs too.
I miss a nice compact set up like that.
jackwagon once that man cave is done, the mojo level will go through the roof mate.
