Hello one and all. Yesterday was a pretty good day on Katy. I managed to get the cab mounted, with all of the interior.  The front fenders are almost where they need to be now.  The rear fenders are on. |

Hello everybody, It has been a bit of a slow week on Katy. I threw my back out, and couldn't do much for a few days, but I am back in the saddle. I got the fuel tank mounted;  The headlights mounted, with the coil wired;  and an overall view;  The headlights are actually kit parts (believe it or not) from an academy 1932 Ford. I am hoping to have the rest of the wiring done tomorrow, with the final items installed Thursday and Fridady. Thanks again for following and for all of your support. |

The back is at more the "discomfort" stage. It really beats the "agony" stage. I really don't have very much to do on her right now. I think the wiring will take the longest to do.
I may be hobbling a little bit, but as far as I know "we" will be there. |

Thank you Ray. I have been making a little more progress on her. I managed to get all of the wiring in. I discovered I had forgotten to make the mounts for the hood latches, so I did that this morning. I know the ribbing on the conduit is blue. The paint flaked off when I was bending it into shape. That's what touch up paint is for.  Thank you again. I really do appreciate all of your support and comments. |

I got a little more done today. I can't do too much more before she heads to the base. I don't want to break the doors or hood off while I'm getting her situated. The good news is the base has been started. She is looking like she will make her debut next Saturday. Thanks again to all of you for looking in.  |
