Thanks guys. Thanks everybody. This is the moment we have all been waiting for: KATY IS FINISHED!!!!!! Part of me is kind of sad. Afterall, she has been a pretty major part of my life for the past five years. That being said, I am pretty happy to be able to move on to the next scratch. I hope you like her.    It has been a very long, and quite often strange trip. I do sincerely thank all of you again for coming along. Your input, comments, and compliments really have meant a lot to me. |

Thanks Bill, I hope the next one(s) won't take anywhere near as long as this one has. I doubt they will because when I got the idea, I didn't know anything about 1930's vintage trucks. I do now  . |

I forgot to mention she has 13,385 parts, and I have spent 958 hours building her. This does not count the time I spent staring at pictures, or looking for information.
If somebody were to ask me if the effort was worth it, I would say "YES"!!!

Hey Six, the AMPS Show is at the end of April in Auburn and the MMCL show (Military Modelers Club of Louisville) is the weekend after. The AMPS show is awesome!

Wow, the Katy looks great! Congrats on finishing it!
Judging from the length of the launch rails, and the small size of the missiles, I'm guessing they must have been a little slow getting up to speed.

I couldn't stop looking at it... too often I left my water bottle near it so I had to return and look at it again. Maybe it was on purpose... LOL I hope to see it again in Auburn. True armor guys will appreciate it more there in my opinion.... |

She did take a little damage on the trip, so we will see if I can get her repaired.

Sorry about the damage hope it is not major! You saw me dropping the box with two builds inside at the end of the show... that nearly gave me a heart attack!!! It always happen... one of risks transporting those fragile builds. Hope you will be able to fix it...
Again it was great seeing you and see you AGAIN in about 5-6 weeks. LOL
