LMFAO Better have them corn Shuckin gloves on! OK what am I missing here, I know that neither Dicky nor Andy live in Nebraska so I'm thing that I am missing something here.
Bones
LOL! Nebraska... where do I start? Maybe Dicky can help me out. Its a promise that Dicky will take all of us to one day if he ever wins a lottery or something like that. One night we all were bored to death and we found out way to the chat room we talked all night about many interesting facts about that exciting state Nebraska. Maybe you are interested to join us too?

Guys- I can not remember if I have mentioned that I am traveling this week... a week long conference out west. So you will find me pretty quiet this week... figured y'all could use a break from me. Bill- This is freaking awesome! An antique shop sells one just like this. It was worn by civil defense or police during the war. You can learn more about it at www.german-helmets.com/QUICK%20ID%20MAIN.htm Mr T- Sorry boss! LOL I guess I like to talk too much, huh? To make you happy, I managed to find very little bench time before the trip... that was no fun part attaching the resin handles to the jerry cans. Royal Model once again disappointed me... many were already damaged when I got it. Had to repair few to make it work... You better check inside first before if you are buying Royal Model resin sets! Now you can not say four pages without an update... And I'd love to meet your wife one day!!! She sounds just like my wife... AG- WOW! I may be wrong but it looks like your helmet still has some painted camo on it!!! Awesome that you collect WWII stuff too... my next goal is either US helmet or M1 bayonet. Carl- Yes Guy hails from Belgium and he promised us some good beer too.

A few times. Driving south from there down 101 is beautiful scenery .That Portland area freeway/highway system is a maze of confusion to me though .

Andy
Why wouldn't you buy the Tasca gas cans which are about the absolute best you can get for scale, markings, lids and assembly?
Mr. T's comments about social posts surprised me somewhat because they sounded like RULES on social comments, I thought we did not have those kind of rules so I was not paying attention to the social aspect of our back and forth. I don't want to be locked out for being involved in social comment that may be too friendly and not serious enough in the building part therefore is not allowed we should find out how many pages of social comment are to many so we don't break the rules.

Bones, T's comment is very 'tongue in cheek'. No worries about social commentary here...after all MSC is home to Gary's kiltutu...

Jeremy- Thanks mate! Just used the cap to keep things organized especially small pieces... remember I have OCD so I like to keep my bench clean and tidy! LOL Luigi- Thanks buddy! I thought about it when I worked on those resin jerry cans. Heard Tasca makes great jerry cans and .50 MGs. I will get them at future model shows if they are not too expensive... Bones- I agree... will do that. Keep in mind I can not spend too much for a while... remember the helmet addition to my collection. LOL Mr T was only kidding... there is really no rule... just have fun and build something. We don't really enforce that rule... I hope! Or they would have removed my moderator title!!! Bill- Well spoken!!! Thanks Tex! Gary- No kidding... there was something so magical about this place. Have to return with my wife one day and see more of this beautiful state! Hope you have received my application to your secret cult? Nate- LOLOLOL! That's what I told my boss about the movie Goonies. I think where the movie was made? Bones again- No kidding?!?!?! You haven't seen the picture of Gary in his pink kiltutu?!?!?! I have it and it would cost you but because you have been so helpful with DUWK CDs you sent me so here it is... Gary again- I am SO SORRY but since Bones has been great here so he deserved to know the truth... hope you understand? Still friends?

I'm not a very stylish guy and at my age I get real cold easy anymore so I have to protect certain really valuable parts from freezing conditions.

Hope you have received my application to your secret cult? LMAO!!!!! I suddenly feel like im in a Twilight Zone episode....its like ive been here before..... And now many of you gentlemen know where the tale of the Kiltutu started. Its a classic story, full of mystical and very unsightly creatures. I have received your application to the Clan, but to complete the process and become a full member, you must post a pic of your self in your own Kiltutu, here, in this thread for all MSC to behold. Only then will the ceremony be complete!

Gary
I would have thought something as honorable and scared as this must be would also require a blood sacrifice or something to go along with the initiation. Will he also become Mac Leffler

Yes indeed Bones, but the sacrifice is just in celebration of his new Kiltutu Clan membership. He has to make the choice what to sacrifice. He then can become Sir Andy MacLeffler. Just hope the sacrifice is a nice kit sacrificed to me!
