It has been a long week at work. Just as I got myself turned around for the day shift I was told I had another two weeks on nights. I came home yesterday to an empty house and all that peace and quiet allowed me to accomplish this. Just some quick shots to keep the interest up. More to come later today, when the sun's up. G

Figs look great G! This is really gonna be a stunner. You gonna put it on a base or are you gonna move on to the next project?

Thank you all!
Nate I plan a road type of base just to put the weathering into perspective.

I like it, G. The boys look like they just shoved a brewed up T34 out of the way.

Hiya G. You've done a fantastic job with this Sherman Dozer! Love the Color, the textured turret, the Figs, the weathering and all the stowage has come together for a damn fine Shermie! What did you use for your periscopes to get the green effect? Well done G., Gary

Thank you gentlemen, gentlemen thank you.
Dicky, Pete and Leon - accolades from the assembled talent here is truly humbling.
Russ - Hey what can I say, I make that look gooooood!
Gary - That's Tamiya clear green thinned out and dabbed into the periscope openings with a tiny brush. Viscosity pulls it to the edges so it essentially shades itself. Thank you for your comments and critique.

Luigi there is nothing wrong with your build of the Sherman at all. It's right up there as one of my faves for sure. I'm glad you like this one, it has become a milestone for me.

At least with the Dozer Blade, the crew had a little more armament on the Death Trap. Stunning build!

Bruce, Nate thank you for the comments.
Bruce I suspect a German 88 or a Soviet 85 would punch right through, but at least slow the shell down a bit.
You had to have stones the size of Mount Rushmore to crew one of these. My hat's off to those guys.
Actually I tip my hat to all the tank crews from the past present and future. Not my cup o' tea for sure.

I'm a bit late to the party here G. Trying to catch up on things eveywhere.
Man that shermie looks sweet. The light weathering looks really good and stands out on the OD. The tools, well, they look too real. The wood handles look awesome. That's one area I always have issues with.

Thank you sir!
This was one of those "I'm going out of my comfort zone" builds.
I just wanted to see if I could step it up a bit. I think I did as I amazed myself with this one.
