Thanks fellas Bill, yep always switching to throw Andy off..lol Leon glad you like it. ok quick update. Some dark pin washes added here and there, more gray chipping but mainly the wheels and sprockets. Not much to show but it did take a couple of hours. And a bit done to the Arizona as well.

A few more pics.
The return rollers will be getting red oxide between the wheels and all wheels get a bit of tire rubber before dusting. Will also get to all the little details as well.

I appreciate the comments fellas, helps keep the mojo level high. I worked on her a bit more, doing the little things so nothing ,major to show. Gonna get some paint on the tracks and she should be finally finished soon.

Wow Rob,
I feel like I'm in Mater Class 101....great weathering and overall affect. How did you detail the sandbags? with a pencil and just poked the putty? Catches the eye for sure!
Red primer on the inside of the road wheels is really good (I believe there's photo evidence for that affect somewhere, pretty sure I've seen that). And the little touch on the return roller...
Were the fenders PE? The peeled fender with the underneath tread plate detail is nice touch!
Looks great!
Paul

Bruce...lol yep. I try to now change it to whatever I'm working on.
Paul, thanks for the kind words my friend. The fenders are the kit plastic parts and not PE. Been damaging kit fenders for years and it's become habit. Sand bags are miliput and the edge seems done with a razor saw, and a clothe for averall texture. Hope that helps.

Just thought I'd add a few recent pics of the F2. The exhaust will get worked on more later. I used real rust powder so that doesn't show well in pics but look great in person. I started adding dust but it's hard to see since both the dust and paint are nearly the same color.

Thanks fellas for the kind words. Gonna get some primer on the tracks and maybe a base coat. All that is really left are the tracks, dust and touch ups.

Thanks fellas fr stopping by and of course the comments are much appreciated.
The tracks still need touching up and some dusting but it's pretty much done.
T, yep she will make it to the show, unless I forget it...lol
I have some resin wheels for the trailer, thanks to Spud who made some masters for Celticwerks to cast. Steve happened to have some extras and I snatched those up this past weekend. So I may try and get bench time in on the trailer so the F2 has something to sit on, or partially off..lol
