Yep i Love this things there small but big enough to give plenty of detail This one will be a Dio and i Found the perfect pic. First off the Kit I will be Adding the voyger PE set to it, I will also be adding fruils and a metal barrel but i Need some help before i can start, Im looking for some 1/48 burnt Tiger wheels because this Tiggy is missing rubber on two of them and it would be really hard to remove the rubber on them while trying to keep the backing on, so if you know of any one that makes them let me know, im going to build part of the House no need for a full house i think. i think this is the winter of 1943 in Russia i cant remember but it will have a w/w

it really sucks...seems that 1/48 burnt out road wheels aren't available...or so I couldn't find it doing a Google search
don't get it, it's one of the most depicted models and there's a sh$tload of companies providing burnt out road wheels in 1/35, but not in 1/48
Cheers

Sadly, when it comes to the aftermarket, a lot of companies treat 1/48 as the unwanted child of the armor family.

Nice one the Spud!! Looks like a fun one for ya! You might only have to make one road wheel without the rubber, if you cast the other off it! Mini dremel lathe action and some patience you should be good to go! I'm definitely in!!

Check for 2 part Casting Epoxy. Fully cures unlike the resin counterpart. Castin' Craft is a brand we have that is dirt cheap...not sure if it is sold over there. It's a clear epoxy, but can be tinted. If you have a variable speed drill, you should turn it slow enough.

Spud, you might look for something by Dremel called a Minimite (that's what it's marketed by here in the States at least). It's cordless and has 2 speed settings, 5k/min and 10k/min. I use the 5k setting whenever I'm doing sanding work, works perfectly to avoid creating too much friction and heat on standard styrene parts that can cause melting/deformation.
