what? You weathered the Tiggy in just one day and it looks like this??? . That's ver cool dude!!!! I've never seen tarps on top of the turret before, but I must say I like it, gives yours a distinct look. I'd say go for it! Cheers

Weathering looks very realistic Spud Can't wait to see the mud! I'd paint up the blankets as Tarps if they're to be stowed outside the AFV but that's just MHO

thanks alot guys Steve thats a good point i did paint them as blankets. but a friend of mine said they used tarps because tanks were leaky feckers. so ill repaint it, im also only using the one at the front of the turret

Weathering looks good spud! As for the tarps, the forward one seriously blocks the view from the commander's cupola, so probably wouldn't be a common thing there in a rolled-up state, but the one on the rear on the turret bin wouldn't be out of place I think. Blankets exposed to the outside elements would likely soak up water and freeze stiff as a board in the process. Tarps make more sense IMHO as they would at least be water-proofed.

The weathering is coming along just fine especially the hull and turret front is very good. With some mud and dirt on the wheels, the damaged ones will be OK. Don't forget the exhaust soot on that snow white surface on the back . I should use only the front tarp because it sits naturally on the turret surface, but only when you are setting your Tiger during a transfer and not in a battle condition because it blocks the view of the commanders periscopes, like mentioned before. The color of the wooden house is perfect. Eddy
